Is there a fee to join the club?
There is no fee to join the wine club.
Can I change from pickup to shipping (or vice versa)?
Yes. You can change your pick up method for each shipment. Be sure to make that change the 1st-15th of your wine club shipment month. You will receive a reminder to make adjustments to your shipment.
Which states do you ship to?
You can find shipping states on our website under the shop heading.
Can I customize my club selections?
Yes. You can customize your wine club selections the 1st-15th of the same month as your wine club shipment.
Can I delay a shipment?
Yes. We ask that you send an email to wineclub@filkinsvineyards.com for any delay requests.
Can I request all red/all white/mixed wines?
Yes. You can customize your wine club selections the 1st-15th of the same month as your wine club shipment.
How do I update my billing, address, or payment information?
You can make adjustments to your personal information by logging into your profile.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the 16th of the same month as your wine club shipment.
What happens if my card is declined?
We will contact you by the email your provided for your wine club shipment and then by phone.
How can I log into my account to manage my membership?
You can log in to your account through the Filkins Vineyards website, using the email you used to sign up.
Can I give a wine club membership as a gift?
Yes. Contact wineclub@filkinsvineyards.com and we can assist you with your gift. We are honored, thank you!
Will the gift recipient receive notifications or tasting notes?
They will receive a regular wine club shipment with wine, a pairing recipe and tasting notes. We can include a gift message if you like.
Do you include gift messages or cards?
We can include a gift message if you like. Please contact wineclub@filkinsvineyards.com to share your request.
Can multiple people share one membership?
A member can share with their significant other.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships can be cancelled after 4 shipments (one year). Please contact wineclub@filkinsvineyards.com to cancel your membership.
How long do I have to pick up my wines?
We recommend picking up your wines within a year to ensure intended freshness and taste of our white wines specifically.
Can a friend or family member pick up on my behalf?
Yes. We would need the registered wine club member to contact wineclub@filkinsvineyards.com to notify us of the new pick up person.
How will I be notified about upcoming shipments?
You will receive an email on the 1st of the same month as your wine club shipment.
Where can I find tracking information for my wine shipment?
You will receive an email once your order has shipped, with a button you can click on to track your order.
Is there a commitment when I join?
Yes. We require a year long commitment before cancellation.
